Noosa Sunset Cruise

After checking out Noosa National Park we took the afternoon to relax and booked a sunset cruise. We were allowed to bring our own booze and they provided glasses and ice to keep everything cool. We ended up getting a bottle of white wine to share on the cruise.

The cruise took us past many of the hotels and resorts in the area. It reminded me a lot of Florida, where many beautiful houses were built along the river that entered the ocean. There was also a man-made sand wall to protect against any waves during storms.

Wouldn't mind owning a house like that!

We then sat in the middle of the river and waited for the sun to set. The sun ended up setting right around one of the taller hills (mountain?) in the area.

Bright Sun!

Almost Gone!

There it goes!

When the sun goes down here it usually cools down a fair amount, so luckily we both brought sweatshirts to wear for the ride home.

It was a nice, relaxing way to spend the evening in Noosa!
